How do I know what the right size chair for my child is?
Child recliners are generally suited to children from 2 to 9 years of age and between 40 and 100 pounds. Video chairs work well from elementary age through the teen years. Tot-Rocker chairs are specifically designed for children under age 3 and under 50 pounds.65
When will I receive my order?
QuickShip Items: Items designated as "Quick Ship" will ship from one of our fulfillment centers. These items ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will usually receive these items in 3 to 5 business days.
Most other items ship in 3 to 10 days from the manufacturer. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for final delivery. Times may increase as holidays approach. This does not apply to Quick Ship items (see above.)66
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
No, unless you are purchasing in Michigan and then Michigan's 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. If you are tax exempt, please supply your tax exemption information on your PO. Or, if you place your order on our site, please add tax expempt information when you add your billing and shipping information.67

How will my order be shipped?
Orders under 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. The tracking number will be sent to you via email. Most kid furniture and educational materials fall into this category. Larger items will ship via common freight carrier.69

What if I need to return my order?
On the rare occasion where there is a problem with your order please call our customer service center at Toll Free (866) 341-6790 or email us at sales@wcteam.com. We will replace any order with manufacturer defects (we'll issue call tags to pick up the bad item.) If you've changed your mind about the order, please get a Return Authorization Number and return address from our customer service center at sales@wcteam.com or Toll Free (866) 341-6790. We can't accept returns without previous authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping costs incurred by A Kids Chair. The 15% re-stocking fee may be waived in place of additional orders. A full refund will be given in the case of damaged merchandise. All refunds will be given to the Credit Card of the original purchaser. Arrangements, and approvals, for returns must be made within 2 business days of receipt. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return. Call us at Toll Free (866) 341-6790, or email us to make arrangements for returns. Please return all items in their original boxes and packing materials. Please inspect your order when you receive it. If it appears to be damaged by shipping, please refuse the shipment and call us. This will hasten the replacement of the damaged items.72

You will receive a refund for the cost of the item you are returning minus any shipping costs (shipping costs cannot be refunded by WC Enterprises; all shipping charges are the customers responsibility) and a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fee may be waived in place of additional orders. Refunds may only be issued to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. Customers ordering with a Purchase Order are responsible to pay any/all shipping charges incurred by WC Enterprises via shipping companies on any return other than damaged merchandise. Do not assemble your purchase or open parts or packaging. You will need to include all original packaging and parts with your return. Please inspect your order when you receive it. With Holidays upon us and as a courtesy to our customers, orders placed between November 15th and January 1st will have the return guarantee extended to January 31st. 25
Do you have a chair for my 9 to 13 year old?
How do I assemble the furniture?
Most of our furniture comes pre-assembled. If any assembly is required, it can usually be done by hand or with a screwdriver. Recliners, rockers and video chairs do NOT require any assembly.74
How do I care for my furniture?
Wooden furniture can be dusted as you would dust any other piece of wooden furniture. Recliners can be vacuumed and wiped clean with a damp rag. Fabric Protection may be applied to prolong furniture life.75
Can you ship my chair Next Day or 2nd Day?
Due to the Size and Weight of our products, Ground Delivery is the only delivery available.76

How do I clean the Micro Fiber Material?
Fabrics that are lightly soiled due to wear can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap. They are best cleaned by using a soft sponge or cloth and rubbing in a circular motion, pat dry with a soft cloth, and brush in the direction of the nap. Medium to heavily soiled fabrics can be cleaned with a commercial water or foam type carpet and upholstery cleaner, (ie Shout, Carbona, Bissel, Armorall, Blue Luster, Turtlewax, Glamorene.) Do not dry clean and do not use any solvent (petroleum-based) cleaning agents (ie K2R, lighter fluid, carbon tet or perchlorethyline.) Spills should be blotted up with a towel.78
